A message from Don Burlett, Show Chair:
Remember, RV Parking is being handled by the Monroe County Fairgrounds. If you will be staying in an RV at the Monroe County Fairgrounds, please make sure the facility is aware of your arrival plans and how they may have changed since you sent in your reservation. This is especially important if you are using a rental RV and you haven’t relayed delivery info to the facility. The Fairground will have specified hours for parking to be open.
- Friday 9/2 – 9AM – 5 PM
- Saturday 9/3 – 9 AM – 5 PM
- Sunday 9/4 thru
- Monday 9/5 – 24 hour entry
- Tuesday 9/6 – 9 AM – 5 PM).
After Tuesday, entry of RV’s will be by appointment only, so let them know if you are in this category. Please call 734-241-5775 to let them know how your travel plans may have changed.
As of this writing, we still have not been able to secure a general dog supply vendor for the show. Repeated attempts have been made but to no avail. If you planned to purchase some needed dog grooming supplies at the show, they may not be available. We will let you know if this changes.
For the majority of the time at Monroe, we will only have two food vendors. The pandemic has driven many out of business and, despite many attempts, we have just two at this time. We will have three for Thursday and Friday (9/8, 9/9) but we will be limited on the other days to two. They will be available at the performance venue before conformation starts and then at both for a couple of days before both will be at the conformation venue. Have patience, this has not been easy!
